Kada or Kadha is an Indian medicinal tea made with Indian spices, simmered to get the most of the nutritional benefits of the spices, I call this a magical tea. I make this Kadha especially during the cold and flu season. Helps me a lot. I find this kadha very soothing, especially when I have cold and sore throat. Temporarily relieves ear ache, sore throat, cough, chest congestion. Simple to make and a very effective home remedy to fight cold. There are many variations you can make this kadha, today I am sharing my recipe for making Kadha, with just the few basic ingredients.
