  • 1 cup cooked brown basmati rice
  • 1 medium onion ,chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1-2 green chili ,adjust to taste
  • ½ inch ginger ,grated
  • 3 cup water or vegetable broth ,as needed
