  • In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed to adjust consistency.
  • Mix in salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and chaat masala (optional).
  • For soft boondi: Soak in water for 1-2 minutes, squeeze, then add

  • Add boondi and chopped coriander. Mix gently.
