Salsa is one of the sauces typical to Mexican cuisine used as a dip. Salsa is mainly a tomato based dip, and includes ingredients such as onion, peppers, lime juice and salt. There are many variations of salsa. But this homemade salsa is much better than any store bought or even of any restaurant. Salsa varies in flavor from mild to extra spicy. I am using Chipotle pepper in adobe sauce which gives this salsa a very distinctive smoky flavor and habanero pepper for an extra spiciness. The best part of this homemade salsa is that it can be customized to your taste.
