Turn on Instant Pot to saute mode (high). When the "HOT" sign displays, add oil. Add asafoetida, ginger-garlic, saute for 2-3 min.
Add tomato, dry spices (coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder). Saute for 2-3 min, until tomatoes are soften.
Add the cluster beans, chopped potatoes, salt to taste and 2 TBSP of water. Mix well.
Set Instant Pot to Manual / Pressure Cook mode (HI) for 0 min. Followed by QPR (Quick Pressure Release).
Open the Instant Pot, turn on saute mode (high), saute for 2-3 min or until all the moisture is evaporated.
Serve cluster beans or gawar aloo ki sabji garnished with some fresh cilantro. Enjoy cluster beans with Tandoori roti, Naan, or Paratha!
