Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil or ghee, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Make sure the broccoli is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook the broccoli in batches if your air fryer is small.
Cook the broccoli for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing the broccoli halfway through the cooking time. The broccoli should be tender and have slightly crispy edges. Adjust the cooking time as needed, depending on your air fryer and the size of the florets.
Remove the Indian-style air-fried broccoli from the basket and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro leaves and serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
