Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 can (15.5 oz) of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, and cumin until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shake the basket halfway through cooking. Air fry until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Once cooked, remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy your air fryer chickpeas as a healthy snack, or use them as a topping for salads or soups!

Seasoning Variations
These are just a few variations you can try, but feel free to experiment with your favorite seasonings and spices to create your unique flavor combinations.
Spicy: Add some heat to your air fryer chickpeas by tossing them in cayenne pepper, paprika, or chili powder.
